Renovations Under HUD Preservation 223f and 202

Recently completing a $6.2 million renovation project, Waymark Gardens relocated and refurbished 151 apartment units over 20 months. This comprehensive effort included installing new appliances, implementing energy-efficient upgrades in compliance with HUD guidelines, and establishing a dedicated HIPAA-compliant TeleHealth & TeleDentistry room, supported by an SRP thermostat rebate.
